OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING if they are shipped to addresses in the Continental United States AND we choose the most economical shipping method. These orders generally ship by the U.S. Postal Service and this offer is limited to orders shipped to one delivery address within the Continental United States. All orders under $150, all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. possessions, APO or FPO addresses and those who wish to choose their shipping carrier will be charged a shipping fee based on the total dollar amount of their order (see chart below). At checkout, you will be given an opportunity to choose an appropriate shipping method. If your order qualifies for FREE shipping, you must provide us with a Post Office delivery address and your physical address, if it is different.
Oversized Items: Certain oversized items may only ship by UPS Ground. If you place one of these items in your cart, your shipping choices will be limited.
Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Possessions: You must choose an appropriate shipping method when we are shipping to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. possessions or APO/FPO addresses. If you choose an inappropriate method, we will change your shipping to the lowest cost service available to your address and adjust the shipping charges on your order.

Shipments to Canada: At this time, we are processing all orders to be shipped to Canada by phone. Please call us at: 1.818.892.8885 to place your order. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5: p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Clearance Items: Clearance items are subject to limited availability. Our website is updated each evening, but the size you order may already be sold out when we receive your order. We will cancel sold out items from your order without notice, unless you indicate otherwise. If your order drops below the $150 limit for Free Shipping due to a canceled clearance item, shipping charges will be added.
Express Shipping: We can ship your order via UPS Standard Overnight, UPS 2-Day or UPS 3-day service if you are shipping to a Continental U.S. address. UPS Standard Overnight and UPS 2-Day are also available in Alaska and Hawaii; note that one delivery day will be added. UPS 3 day rates are not available to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses. We must have your order before 8:00 a.m. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME to guarantee any Express Services.

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- Our Choice: We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver your package. Generally your package will arrive by U.S. Postal Service Mail or UPS Ground in 5-7 days, not guaranteed.
- Priority Mail: Delivered by your postal carrier in 3-5 days; not guaranteed.
- UPS Ground: Delivered in 5-7 days; not guaranteed.
- UPS Three Day Service: Guaranteed for delivery in 3 business days for orders received before 8:00 a.m. PACIFIC STANDARD Time, Continental U.S. only.
- UPS Two Day Service: Guaranteed for delivery in 2 business days for orders received before 8:00 a.m . PACIFIC STANDARD Time.
- UPS Standard Overnight: Guaranteed for delivery in 1 business day for orders received before 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
You may return any unused product within 30 days from the date your order is shipped for a refund of the purchase price, less any coupons used or shipping charges, if applicable. Your refund amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise purchased with gift certificates, store credits or money orders will be issued a store credit. Any products shipped under our Free Shipping offer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the original cost of shipping the product to you.
You may exchange any unused product within 30 days from the date your order is shipped. The 10% restocking fee does not apply when exchanging an item for another size or color. Once we receive your items for exchange we will send your new order by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or by Express Mail upon request. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
The returned or exchanged product must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging or with all hang-tags attached. All parts, accessories or documentation must be included to insure full credit. Please do not deface product packaging with tape or mailing labels, as this may prevent you from receiving full credit for your return. Any products returned to us that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange and may be subject to a reduced return or exchange credit amount at our discretion.
Before sending any item for return or exchange, please call us toll free 1-818-892-8885 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Shipping costs to return or exchange an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake. Shipments that are refused will be subject to a reduced credit for the cost of original shipping and return shipping, plus any applicable restocking fees.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security at a reasonable cost we recommend U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping is not refundable.

Damaged Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement parts or new merchandise to be sent to you as soon as possible and arrange for the damaged or defective item to be returned to us, all at our expense.
